Our growing team of skilled Salesforce™ experts conduct the in-house training program, Code the Cloud, which helps Freshers to learn quickly and gain confidence to work on client projects.
Exclusive Knowledge Sharing Sessions are held regularly, and are open to all who want to understand finer aspects and specific product characteristics of Salesforce™. Anyone can organize these sessions.
Members of ET’s Technical Council are home-grown, highly skilled, Salesforce™ technical experts with multiple certifications, and who have honed their craft through in-depth experiences.
The Rewards Program: The Rewards Program awards the most valuable players and contributors of the quarter, an excellent motivation for other ETians to perform better and to their fullest potential. We have a simple, transparent, recognition system within ET, which makes it easy for any ETian to win an award.
24/7 Appreciation Program: Our 24/7 Appreciation Program is constant, making it a part of our vibrant and inclusive culture. Every win, certification and successful project delivery is celebrated by ringing the ET Bell installed in the office. People are recognized for all achievements, however big or small, if it has impacted a client and helped to elevate the ET brand.
Milestone Program: Anniversaries, Birthdays and Weddings are also very much a part of our existence. We make an effort to wish every single person at ET on their special day, besides celebrating team milestones and project outcomes in a big way.
Food for Change: As part of Join Hands, we launched Food for Change, a program that speaks to the stomach and heart of all ETians. Our aim is to raise as much funds as we can through collective efforts and resources that are applied to prepare home-cooked food for sale, urging us also to be generous with our time and skills, besides money.
Flea Market: Our special talents find a place of pride in Flea Market, an endearing CSR effort in which we can unleash our creativity and skills. ETians turn into painters, entertainers, musicians, artists, jewelry designers, cooks and anything they like on this day every quarter, to sell their creations to raise funds.
NGO Visits: We spare no efforts to visit some of the shortlisted NGOs in and around the city on a scheduled basis. From old age homes, children’s orphanages to women’s sanctuaries, we visit them all to engage in conversations, conduct activities and share gifts of food and clothing that we buy and collect prior to the visit.
