Bipin Andrews

Bipin Andrews is the Chairman of the Board at ET Marlabs. Bipin is an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in running firms specialised in Business Process management.

He has worked in the areas of sales, business development, usage & risk management with financial and telecom majors in India and Middle East. He has immense experience in retail business and distribution channels.

Bipin is the Founder and Promoter, and Managing Director of Azzite Solutions Ltd. UAE, Azzite Marketing & Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., both KPOs in the BFSI segment. Today Azzite is one of the top risk management firms in the Financial Services domain in the Middle East market. Earlier, he was also a Founder and Promoter of Finixe Business Solutions Private Ltd., a BPO in the BFSI and Telecom space.

George Varghese

George Varghese

George has 25 years of rich experience in the IT industry. He spent the first 12 years of his career in Japan, starting from 1990, working with IBM and later, Hitachi as Application Systems Engineer.

When George joined Infosys in 1996, it was to start the Japanese operation as Business Development Manager. He also managed a joint venture between Infosys and Kennichi Ohmae, a leading management consultant and bestselling author. In 1999, he was responsible for the company’s entry into the Korean market. During his 14-year tenure at Infosys Technologies Ltd., George had several roles. He led the Banking & Capital Markets business unit in Australia and New Zealand with a P&L responsibility of US$ 75 MN. He was also Head of Public Sector, NSW State Sales Manager, and Head of Sales for the Northern region in Australia.

George was recognized by Infosys for his contribution and awarded the Infosys Business Development Award for Outstanding Performance (1998), followed by the Chairman’s Award for Excellence (2000).

Sreekanth Keshava

Sreekanth Keshava

Sreekanth has over 17 years of experience in IT Services and Solutions. He has held senior positions in Sales, Customer Engagement and Delivery across financial services and telecom clients.

Sreekanth worked for Infosys Technologies Ltd. in the Australia and New Zealand region as Senior Leader, managing large accounts. He gathered vast experience in leading and managing projects, while working in Singapore and servicing clients in the ASEAN region. He has also worked for a Technology and BPO start-up (Value-Chain), heading their Solutions & Delivery team to bring differentiated solutions and products to the rapidly growing digital media publishing industry.

Sreekanth’s extensive and significant experience in leading and managing projects in a distributed delivery model, leveraging India as a primary offshore delivery centre, brought him the Best Managed Account Award consecutively for two years (2009 & 2010) in the Australia and New Zealand region. He also won the Infosys Connect Gold Standard Award in 2011 for rapid growth of the account “Growth Guru” and several Infosys Global “Awards for Excellence” under the category of Project & Program management.

Dr. V.A. Joseph

Dr. V.A. Joseph

Dr. V.A Joseph, Ex-Managing Director & Ex-CEO, South Indian Bank, current Director of Rajagiri Hospital, Cochin, and Board of Director at ET Marlabs, has over 4 decades of experience in the banking and financial sector. Dr. Joseph joined as Trainee Officer in Syndicate Bank in June 1972 and worked as Branch Manager at Trivandrum, Ernakulam and Pune for 15 years.

He held the post of Principal of Staff Training College, Udipi, Karnataka for two years and was also Head of Human Resource Development, Head Office (Manipal). Later, he was the Regional Manager of Goa as well, besides being the Deputy General Manager of Delhi and Ahmedabad Zones. Before joining South Indian Bank, Dr. Joseph was the General Manager of Syndicate Bank, Mumbai Zone overseeing the operations of the bank in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and Chattisgarh.

He holds an M.Com degree from Kerala University, a Master in Personnel Management and LLB from Pune University, and a Ph.D. degree from the Pune University.

Augustine Chandy

Augustine Chandy

Augustine has 25 years of experience across Engineering, Commodity trading, Logistics & Supply chain and Private Equity with exposure to Asia, Africa, the Middle East & Europe. At present, he is a private equity investor based in the UK, focussed on the service industry.

In his 8 years as a PE investor, Augustine has bought and sold 12 companies with a combined turnover of US$12m. His expertise is in acquiring and turning around small and medium businesses, which are struggling. He started his career designing air conditioning systems and after a PGDM from IIM Bengaluru, he went on to spend 6 years in soft commodity processing and trading. He had P&L responsibility for the India operations of Olam International across 4 different commodities.

Augustine went on to do a Master’s in Business from INSEAD after which he joined the Brambles group in the UK. While with Brambles, he held European and UK responsibility for Asset Management and Operations within CHEP, a Brambles group company focussed on the supply chain. He was then selected to launch the automotive business of CHEP in India. Augustine set up the Automotive Sales team from scratch and was instrumental in signing the first few customers in the Indian market.

The PE activity has seen him deal with companies across Industries like Education, Training, B2B parcel services, Tax & Accountancy practises, Facilities Management, Catering & Sports & Leisure. Augustine sits on the local Board of Young Enterprise, which is the UK’s leading enterprise and financial education charity sponsored by HSBC and GE. He is also a Business Advisor on the Young Enterprise company programme which provides real life business exposure to secondary school children

Ullas Ravi

Ullas has over 10 years of extensive work experience in managing and leading teams, and operations at various levels in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. His expertise spans multiple areas including building and leading teams for Consultative Selling and New Client Acquisition, Global IT Sales, and providing Technology Solutions to clients based on their Global Delivery Model.

Highly passionate about being a Client’s Trusted Advisor, who can address complex business challenges by leveraging technology and establishing long term business relationships, Ullas has always been actively involved in training his Sales Teams on different service offerings and bringing them up the curve by himself.

Ullas is directly responsible for driving new business opportunities at ET Marlabs from the Americas. As the Head of Sales for the US region, he creates strategies for the Internal Sales & Marketing team to generate and increase revenues, and maintain cordial relationships with existing clients.

Sumesh Nair

Sumesh Nair

Sumesh has around 9 years of experience across Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing in Information Technology across the SMB segments for Pharma, HealthCare, Data Security verticals as well as the Retail sector with proven successes to boot.

His stints have seen him in small energetic groups working on ‘beyond the curve’ problems and finding innovative ways to create business and revenues for small and mid-sized technology product and services companies. Sumesh has good exposure to the Indian market, selling and marketing ERP/CRM/BPR products and managing large accounts. While at ezEMRx and Pawaa Software, he served the US and APAC geographies in the areas of Product Management and Business Development respectively.

Sumesh has been a passionate advocate of Cloud computing and prior to joining ET Marlabs, he was helping a start-up unit (Nacre Systems) that offers a cloud based CRM delivered as SaaS with their GTM, and to acquire their initial set of customers.

Prasad Madhavan

Prasad is a Salesforce.com professional with more than 6 years of hands-on experience, out of which 5 years was within the Salesforce.com ecosystem. He has worked across different sectors like Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, IT, ITES, Infrastructure (Commercial and Residential), e-Commerce and others within a short span of time, from both national as well as international markets.

Prasad has been part of internal implementation projects and Client Projects on Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Platform, and AppExchange Apps. He possesses excellent leadership skills, problem solving ability, analytical skills and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Prasad is an asset to every team and is a committed team player. He is extremely focused on delivering the projects to attain “Client Bliss” which is our top value in the company.

Arpita Bhawal

Arpita has over 19 years of hands-on experience in communication, advertising, branding and integrated marketing. She is also a published author, blogger and photography enthusiast. At the start of her career, when she worked as a Copywriter and later as Client Servicing Executive in Ogilvy, Arpita was solely responsible for increasing revenues for major brands like Unilver, OKS Specialty Lubricants, Titan Industries Ltd., and ITC Welcomgroup Hotels in India. She has also worked in BPL Limited, OfficeTiger LLC, Deloitte Touche & Tohmatsu and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., and garnered vast experience in her field, relevant to a variety of industries (FMCG, Handloom, Real Estate, Hospitality, Electronics, IT/Outsourcing Services, Consulting, and Pharmaceutical) and geographies like US, UK, Sri Lanka, Philippines and India.

Arpita has a proven ability to develop and implement large-scale change management, CSR and strategic communication projects globally; she has in-depth experience in content writing, editing, creative ideation, film-making and handling complex brand transformation projects.

In ET Marlabs, Arpita leads the marketing and communication initiatives and works closely with teams to create and establish robust communication strategies, employee connect, brand reputation and business relationships with clients and Salesforce.com through creative and resonant ways.

Anshita Sharma

Anshita Sharma

Anshita started her career in ET Marlabs over 3 years ago. She spearheads the Human Resource function along with George (CEO & MD). Prior to joining ET Marlabs, she has worked with  HCL Technologies and Hire for Us Consulting. In addition to the traditional HR role of hiring and retaining good talent, Anshita’s responsibility lies in being the custodian of ET Marlabs’ unique culture which has played a huge role in keeping attrition at record low levels.

She has introduced new and innovative ways of keeping employees engaged and also facilitates ET Marlabs’ innovative HR practices in keeping with the mission of “Building an inspired team of world class professionals”.

Operationally, her responsibilities include handling end-to-end process of recruitment across different business functions. Anshita also drives and executes key processes like Employee On-boarding, Induction, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Payroll, and Administration processes. Anshita is a post graduate in HR and Marketing from IMT Hyderabad.

Somashekhar S. Patel

Somashekhar S. Patel

Somashekhar has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance with strong credentials in the field of Advisory and Consulting across sectors including Infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, renewable energy, banking, retail and IT/ ITES.

In his earlier roles, Somashekhar has worked in GD & Associates Chartered Accounts and T Pompapathy & Co. Chartered Accountants and some of the key clients are: J235 Software, BridgeCo Software Services, Idenizen Smartware, Symbol Technologies, AO Smith, Velcan Energy, Pruksa India Housing, and Internal & Statutory Audits of Nationalised banks (like Canara Bank, Corporation Bank, SBI, Syndicate Bank & Bank of Baroda).

He has also worked with Intergen Energy Ltd., where he was responsible for Company review, Business & Due Diligence. At VREP, Somashekhar was heading Accounts & Finance where he set up various process for internal control, re-structure and finance related activities.

Somashekhar’s core focus has been on Tax, Compliance and Regulatory Advisory including fund structuring, transactions, mergers, and foreign investments. He also has strong experience in supporting his clients with overall management of their businesses and operations. At ET Marlabs, Somashekhar is responsible for end to end financial portfolio.
